1. About the Site
1.1 This personal portfolio website (the “Site”) showcases my skills, methods, and outcomes using illustrative, de-identified case studies. It is informational only and not an offer of services, employment, or technical advice.
1.2 The Site does not disclose confidential information and does not invite you to disclose any.
2. Ownership and Licence
2.1 Except where stated otherwise, all text, graphics, artwork, diagrams, and layout are my original works or used under licence and are protected by copyright and other IP rights.
2.2 You are granted a personal, revocable, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, royalty-free licence to view the Site in a web browser and, for bona fide hiring evaluation only, to download one copy of any public PDF/CV expressly provided for that purpose.
2.3 All other uses are prohibited, including copying, reproducing, publishing, distributing, adapting, reverse-engineering, creating derivative works; training, fine-tuning, or evaluating AI/ML models; scraping, text-and-data mining, or bulk downloading; framing or mirroring; removing copyright notices; or bypassing access controls.
3. Nature of Content (Illustrative Only)
3.1 Case studies and visuals are genericised or composite illustrations. Technical parameters, imagery, and narratives may be altered, synthesised, or fictionalised to avoid revealing proprietary details.
3.2 Any resemblance to actual products, programmes, or organisations is coincidental. Underlying third-party IP remains with its owners. No affiliation or endorsement is implied.
3.3 No employer-derived materials: imagery and diagrams are original works not created from any past employer’s files, photographs, drawings, reports, or confidential information. If you believe otherwise, use the Notice & Takedown process.
4. No Confidential Information
4.1 I do not publish confidential information or trade secrets of any past or present employer, customer, or supplier.
4.2 If you believe content inadvertently discloses your confidential information or proprietary rights, follow clause 10.
5. Acceptable Use and Anti-Abuse
You must not:
(a) attempt to identify real clients, products, or confidential programmes from illustrative content or request that I disclose such information;
(b) use bots or automated tools to access, index, or copy the Site (ordinary search-engine indexing honouring robots.txt excepted);
(c) scrape, harvest, or build datasets from the Site, including for AI training or evaluation;
(d) probe, scan, or test the Site’s vulnerability, or interfere with security or access controls;
(e) harass, intimidate, defame, or make bad-faith complaints or takedown requests.
6. Non-Solicitation / Anti-Poaching / No Competitive Intelligence
6.1 You must not use the Site or information obtained from it to solicit, recruit, or induce any employee, contractor, client, or supplier of mine (past or present) to terminate or alter their relationship.
6.2 You must not use the Site to conduct competitive intelligence, including reverse-engineering my methods to replicate portfolio content or services for commercial gain.
7. Professional Conduct and Conflicts
7.1 Any engagement discussed through the Site will proceed only where it does not create a conflict with existing contractual or legal undertakings. I may decline any approach that would put either party in breach.
8. Third-Party Rights, Trade Marks, and Credits
8.1 Third-party names and marks, if referenced, are used for identification only and remain the property of their owners. No licence is granted.
9. No Reliance / No Advice
9.1 Content is provided “as is” for general information about my methods and capability. It is not engineering advice and must not be relied upon for design, safety, compliance, or investment decisions.
10. Notice & Takedown (Rights or Confidentiality Complaints)
10.1 Email [email] with: (i) your legal name and authority; (ii) exact URL(s); (iii) a description of the right or information concerned; (iv) the basis of your claim; and (v) the remedy sought.
10.2 Include a good-faith statement that your notice is accurate and that you are authorised to act.
10.3 I will acknowledge and assess promptly and, where appropriate, remove or modify content without admission of liability. I may seek clarification and may reject vexatious or malicious notices. Knowingly false notices may attract recovery of reasonable costs.
11. Privacy
11.1 Minimal analytics and any contact details you supply are processed as described in the Privacy Notice linked in the footer.
12. Disclaimers and Limits of Liability
12.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, all warranties and conditions (express or implied) are excluded.
12.2 I will not be liable for loss of profit, revenue, business, data, goodwill, or any indirect or consequential loss.
12.3 Cap: My aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the Site shall not exceed £100.
12.4 Non-excludable matters: Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence where such limitation would be unlawful.
13. Indemnity
13.1 You will indemnify and hold me harmless from losses, costs, and liabilities arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site (including automated scraping, AI training, or bad-faith notices).
14. Changes, Availability, and Suspension
14.1 Content and these Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
14.2 The Site may be suspended or withdrawn without notice.
15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
15.1 These Terms and any non-contractual obligations are governed by the laws of England and India.
15.2 The courts of England and India have exclusive jurisdiction.
16. Miscellaneous
16.1 Severability: if any provision is invalid, the remainder remains in force.
16.2 No waiver: a failure to enforce is not a waiver.
16.3 Assignment: you may not assign or transfer these Terms.
16.4 Entire agreement: these Terms are the entire agreement regarding use of the Site.
